Lost in Transition
Andi is a contemporary recording artist who is redefining the indie pop genre by writing and producing intense and dreamy soundscapes with timeless, catchy melodies. She transports her audience to a summery otherworld, her profound and meaningful lyricism standing out in a sea of radio choruses. Listeners are magnetically drawn to the warm and nostalgic musicality, but what keeps Toronto's eye on this artist is her passionate, fearless and vulnerable delivery of her lived experience.
Through her music, with keen artistic vision and scathing satire, she shines the spotlight on womxn's autonomy and sexual expression, toxic masculinity and male fragility, as well as honestly and genuinely sharing her experience as a womxn in the LGTBQA+ community.
Since the the success of her first EP, she has performed with David Foster, placed top 4 in CBC Spotlight's National Competition, and toured Canada with a 9-piece band. Now at the age of 25, she's ready to release her first full-length project Summer of 2021 and will be dropping singles seasonally up until the the full album release.
